Rules and Regulations
- 1. Junior Fair exhibitors showing in open show must follow Junior Fair Check in Schedules.
- 2. All entries will be judged on the latest revised American Standard of Perfection and will be used during judging.
- 3. Crossbreeds will not be accepted.
- 4. Each poultry exhibitor must pay daily entry to fair.
- 5. All birds will have an assigned cage with a corresponding coop tag. Exhibitors are not permitted to move their cage and/or coop tag without permission from a department superintendent or subcommittee member. If cage/coop tags have been moved, the bird will not be judged. If there is an issue with the cage or a neighboring bird, please contact a department superintendent or subcommittee member.
- 6. No unhealthy birds will be permitted. All diseased and lousy birds will be removed by the Department Superintendents or subcommittee members.
- 7. Each Poultry exhibitor must be able to produce one of the follow papers (does not include waterfowl)*:
- a. If the chicken, guinea or turkey is under 1 year on the day of the show:
- i. Copy of hatchery papers from the hatcher; or
- ii. Copy of NPIP (National Poultry Improvement Plan) test paper; or
- iii. PPLO Test Papers, showing a negative result.
- b. If the chicken, guinea or turkey is over 1 year on the day of the show:
- i. Copy of NPIP (National Poultry Improvement Plan) test paper; or
- ii. PPLO Test Papers, showing a negative result.

Premiums will be mailed approximately 3 weeks after the Fair. Premiums will not be available for pick up.First Place: $3.50Second Place: $2.50Third Place: $2.00
