Junior Fair Wristbands
- The Preble County Junior Fair shall be composed of FFA, 4-H, Camp Fire Boys and Girls, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and FCCLA youth organizations of Preble County.
- The Advisor/Teacher is responsible for obtaining and distributing all wristbands to their club/organization members. Members/Exhibitors will not be permitted to pick up wristbands on an individual basis.
- Junior Fair Armbands will be available at the fair office after July 1, 2026. The fair office can pull each club’s list from Fair Entry. The deadline to pick up wristbands is Monday, July 27, 2026.
- Junior Fair armbands must be worn on the wrist. These armbands allow Junior Fair exhibitors to enter the fair. Junior Fair exhibitors will not be admitted without paying gate admission if the armband is not on their wrist.
- Holding up an armband that is not being worn will not grant entry at the gate.
- If a wristband is lost/stolen or must be replaced for ANY reason, there will be a $10 replacement fee (this fee will apply even if the exhibitor puts their wristband on too tightly and it has to be cut off).
- It is recommended that the advisor notify Junior Fair exhibitors, when distributing the wristbands, not to put them on until the first day of the Fair and to avoid fastening them too tightly.
The Preble County Agricultural Society, Preble County Agricultural Society Board of Directors, and the Preble County Commissioners are not responsible for injuries to persons, items, equipment, or accidents on the Preble County Fairgrounds.
