General Admission
Tickets can be purchased when entering the fairgrounds at any gate.
Membership Pass
Preble County Residents Only.
Serves as gate pass for entire fair and allows holder to vote in the fair board election on Friday of the fair. Membership Tickets will be sold until Thursday of the fair.
Weekly Pass
Serves as gate pass for entire fair.
All membership tickets and weekly passes must be purchased and picked up at the fair office. No passes will be mailed.
Concession/Vendor employees and horsemen shall pay general admission or purchase a Membership Ticket or Weekly Pass.
Membership tickets, weekly passes and Jr. Fair Writbands are accepted at any gate.
Main Gate will be walk through only except for vehicles with front gate passes.
South & North gates will be vehicle traffic only.
All gates except Main entrance gate will be closed from 1:00 am until 5:00 am by order of the Preble Co Sheriff’s Department.
Junior Fair Wristbands
- The Preble County Junior Fair shall be composed of FFA, 4-H, Camp Fire Boys and Girls, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and FCCLA youth organizations of Preble County.
- The Advisor/Teacher is responsible for obtaining and passing out all wristbands for their club/organization members. Members/Exhibitors will not be permitted to pick up wristbands on an individual basis.
- Advisors must have a list of the members’ names (including Cloverbuds) in their club at time of pick up.
- The deadline for picking up wristbands will be Saturday, July 20, 2024.
- If a wristband is lost/stolen or has to be replaced for ANY reason, there will be a $5 replacement fee (this fee will apply even if the exhibitor put their wristband on too tight and it has to be cut off).
- Please notify the kids upon handing the wristbands out not to put them on until the 1st day of the Fair and do not put them on too tight.
- Wristbands are available as of March 1st.
The Preble County Agricultural Society, Preble County Agricultural Society Board of Directors, and the Preble County Commissioners are not responsible for injuries to persons, items, equipment, or accidents on the Preble County Fairgrounds.
