Entry Fees
- Pre-registration is not required; however, it will speed up your entry process if you register online.
- All Individual exhibitors showing in Open Class must have a PCAS Membership Pass ($25) or Weekly Pass ($25)
- Pass must be presented and shown at time of entry/check-in.
- Exhibitors will recive tags after completing their entry form/checking in on the day of the show.
- Junior show - no fee required
Rules and Regulations
- Entries are open to anyone who grows plants through personal efforts and for pleasure and whose sales, if any, do not exceed the outlay for plants, seeds and supplies
- Exhibitors MUST COMPLETE all Entry forms with all the correct information on each item you are entering in the show
- Show items must be properly tagged and in place between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 am on each day of participating show
- Present your COMPLETED Entry forms containing the Classes you are entering in the Flower Show to the Department on the day of each show
- Entries NOT meeting the specification of this schedule WILL NOT be judged and NO RIBBON will be awarded
- Any specimen or plant entered in the Saturday show MAY NOT be re-entered in the Wednesday show
- All exhibits MUST BE REMOVED between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 and 1:00pm and 4:00pm on Saturday, August 3, 2024.
- Caution will be exercised in safeguarding exhibits

Premiums will be mailed approximately 3 weeks after fair.Premiums will not be available for pick up.

Horticulture Rules
- All specimens must be grown by the exhibitor.
- A potted plant is one which the exhibitor has developed and grown for at least 2 months and is established in its container, not recently transplanted.
- All specimens must be clean and free of spray, and insects.
- All cut specimens must be displayed in a clear, non-colored glass container of suitable size (minimum of 4” tall).
- Each exhibitor is responsible for watering their exhibit (s) during each show to keep them as fresh as possible.
- All foliage attached except all leaves and/or thorns below the water line must be removed.
- Taxus, waxed paper, or soft foam may be used to support specimens in their containers.
- Include name of specimen and scientific name, if known, for educational purposes. (More consideration when judging will be given to a groomed specimen correctly named, labeled and attractively staged.) Only correctly named specimens will be eligible for “Best of Show”.
- Exhibitors may make 2 entries in each class, provided each specimen is a different variety.
- The Floral Department reserves the right to combine, divide or subdivide classes if the number of entries warrants, insuring a balanced number of entries in the class.
Floral Auction
- The first through third place winners of class 45 & 46 (Saturday Only) will be asked to sell their entry at auction. All others can be placed on the $10 table to be sold and proceeds donated.
- The exhibitor may mark the entry ticket “yes” or “no” to indicate if they wish the item to be sold.
- The exhibitor may show winning entries at the auction, but is not mandatory.
- Proceeds from the auction will be 50% to the exhibitor and 50% to be used for improvements of the Floral Department.
- After the judging, the remainder of the flowers will need picked up by Tuesday by 6:00pm.
