Entry Fee

PCAS Membership Ticket ($25) or Weekly Pass ($30) plus $1.00 for each item entered.Entries should be made in Fair Entry or at the Fair Office, but entry fees will be collected at check-in.

Judging Criteria

Judging will be based on Antiquity, Rarity, and Condition

Rules and Regulations:

No duplicate entries are permitted in a category within a given class.
Any article which has previously won 1st place at the Preble County Fair in the past five years will not be eligible for re-entry by any exhibitor.
All items to be exhibited must be clean, including free of woodboring insects.
All entries must be at least 50 years of age.
All items must be securely tagged and identified before check in.
When presenting exhibit items to the person in charge, have entry sheet as prepared with tags. This will be used to check in receipt of items. When retrieving items at close of exhibition, present entry sheet so that such items can be checked out.
Any exhibitor removing his exhibit before the published time will not be permitted to make entries the following year, and shall forfeit all earned premiums.
The exhibitor assumes responsibility for any loss or damage due to fire, theft, or other causes.
All items are at the discretion of the intake staff.  Items not meeting the judges standards are not guaranteed a premium.

Premiums

Premiums will be mailed approximately 3 weeks after the fair.
Premiums will not be available for pickup.

Best of Show - $25.00 (All first place winners are eligible)1st Runner Up - $15.00
