All Golf cart passes must be purchased from the fair office.
Golf Cart Rules
- Anyone who does not purchase and display a Golf Cart/UTV Permit, by noon on Sunday of the first weekend of the fair, must immediately remove the Golf Cart/UTV from the fairground’s property. The operators/owners of the Golf Cart/UTV shall lose their permanent camping space and may be put on the waiting list by request.
- Permitted golf cart owners must have a $100,000 liability insurance policy naming the Preble County Agricultural Society as additionally insured, and a copy of the policy must be on file in the Fair Office.
- All Golf Carts and UTV’s, except service vehicles (i.e. sheriff, vendor, EMS, Fair board members) shall not be permitted in the midway area from 10 am until 11 pm EST. Red lines marked on the roads will define the limits of the Golf Cart/UTV use.
- Speed limit of 5 MPH in and around camping area. (Includes golf carts and utility vehicles) - No ATV/4 wheelers allowed on grounds.
The Preble County Agricultural Society, Preble County Agricultural Society Board of Directors, and the Preble County Commissioners are not responsible for injuries to persons, items, equipment, or accidents on the Preble County Fairgrounds.
