Preble county horse advisor summer 2024 shows
Dear Exhibitor,
The following information pertains to the PAS show held at the Preble County Fairgrounds on June 22 and 23, 2024. If you have any further questions, please contact Carolyn Geise at 937-533-0889
Exhibitors not from Preble County will be charged $10 per class entered.
Stalls will be available for $25.00 payable the day of the show. No bedding will be provided. Camping with water and electric hookup is available for $40.00 per day payable the day of the show. A food truck will be there both days.
Pre-entry deadline is June 17, 2024. Entry forms and class fees need to be to the Preble County Extension office no later than 4:00 p.m. Any additions or changes can be made after this time with a $10.00 late fee. All entries must be accompanied by a negative coggins test (dated after January 1st of current calendar year). Out of County entries must also include a horse ID form and entries must be signed by your extension agent. Entries submitted without county Extension agent’s signature will not be accepted. Any entries made by other means (emailed or texted) will be charged a $10.00 processing fee. Checks may be made out to the PC Horse Advisors and send to: Preble County Extension Office C/O Carolyn Geise 722 S Franklin Street Eaton, Ohio 45320

Per state fair rules an exhibitor may only show under two judges. Either at two PAS shows or one show with two judges.

The PAS show will start at 9:00 a.m. with the Gymkhana classes. Bit check for Gymkhana will take place at show office around 8:30. Showmanship will not start before 10:00 a.m. Our judges will be Megan Smith and Stephanie Windsor.
All ponies will be measured the day of our PAS show.

ENTRY FEES:$10.00 per class $10.00 late fee per exhibitor will be added to all entries received after June 17th. Preregister deadline Monday June 17th. Extension agent signed entries along with payment, a negative coggins test (dated after January 1st of current calendar year), and horse ID form must be at the Preble Co OSU Extension office at 722 S Franklin St., Eaton, Ohio 45320. All entries received by means other than the extension office will be assessed a $10 processing fee.
